Hi, my name is Chooi Meen Chien. I have a BA degree in Linguistics and a Graduate Diploma in Interface Design.

Having explored multiple subjects (Linguistics, Marketing, Politics, Economics, History), I bring a holistic approach towards user research and designing UX. I enjoy the collaborative process of solving a problem using critical-thinking; defining process / user flows and ideating solutions.

In my free time, I sit down with a cuppa and my kindle. I have always been interested in healthy relationship dynamics (of all kinds - from society to parenting to work), and notice the products or experiences I like from a design thinking lens.

Having worked with people from many cultures, I am open minded and am pleasant to collaborate with. I give feedback constructively in a kind manner and appreciate receiving feedback the same way. I maintain professionalism and am happy to address any miscommunication or conflict.
